Icing on the cake: Steven Pemberton and Werner Vogels

As a last minute icing on the cake we're happy to announce two top speakers to the already awesome list of KoC speakers. Be prepared for two rocking keynotes from Steven Pemberton and Werner Vogels! See the full agenda here

Startups & Code

When talking about startups it's often about the idea, the business model and the marketing. It's no secret that when building a new service it's all about execution. One huge component of that execution is the code that has been written. Code is something that makes the difference between a success and a failure.

That's why at Kings of Code we're introducing, in cooperation with STIKK and Rockstart, a special session called Startups & Code where 5 startups will be selected to emphasize a piece of code or technology that they're really proud of to the audience. Not only to educate others, but also to show how the startup is thriving on their development choices.

To present during the Startups & Code session you have be part of the Kings of Code conference and fill out this short form. The board of geeks will pick five startups that get a 5 minute presentation at Kings of Code.

Speakers and Parties

We're happy to announce the first speakers. Check it out. Next to great content it's also important to make sure you'll have a great time and meet cool peers. That is why we're organizing a Pre Kings of Code party on Sunday night, right after the presentations of the Hack Battle. The party is powered by our friends of TRUE. and After the conference there is FREE beer provided by Mediamonks

Kings of Code is back!

We're working hard to find the best speakers and organize a conference you'll never forget. Kings of Code is going into its 3rd edition and has been a massive success in the previous editions.

It's going to be a real treat for all developers who love code. This year we're introducing the Hack Battle, where teams have 36 hours to prove they have the most talent. Who will be crowned as the real Kings of Code? Make sure you join Kings of Code and join the Hack Battle with your colleagues or form a new team of your own.

The Board of Geeks is busy contacting the best speakers out there and the team behind The Next Web Conference is helping them out on the logistic side of organizing a conference. Let us know who you want to see and meet at Kings of Code and make sure to get the early bird tickets before prices go up.
