We have assembled some great speakers for the upcoming festival. They have done their very best to ensure you can take something home with you when you are done listening to their talks.
Fat is a software engineer and co-author of Bootstrap, Bower, Hogan.js, Ender, and a handful of other open source projects.
Tim Anglade works at Apigee, a Silicon Valley start-up dedicated to powering the API and Mobile revolutions. When he’s not helping developers build cool apps or RESTful APIs, he’s speaking at conferences from Malmö to Tokyo.
Vicent Martí aggressively probes GitHub's backend architecture, replacing performance and security issues with snarky comments. He used to make games.
Lea works as a Developer Advocate for W3C. She has a big passion for open web standards, which she fulfills by researching new ways to use them, blogging, speaking and writing. She is a member of the CSS Working Group, which architects the language itself.
Roy is co-founder and front-end architect at Ruby consultancy 80beans in Amsterdam. And Bob Ross aficionado.
Peter Bourgon is a systems and infrastructure software engineer with a 10-year background in C++. He currently works on search and discovery for SoundCloud.
Jackson is a mobile efficiency and reliability engineer at Facebook London. Previously he worked on the HTML/JS architecture that drives m.facebook.com and the web-integrated aspects of the mobile apps.
Syd's a hacker and a developer, previously described as a "professional troll". He is a developer evangelist for Twilio and runs We Make Awesome Sh.
Razvan Caliman is a web developer at Adobe making digital publishing possible on the open web with CSS Regions, CSS Exclusions, CSS Filters and more.
Developer, Speaker, PHP Evangelist and Community-Addict. Works at WEBclusive and creates User Groups as a hobby, like AmsterdamPHP.
Bram is a developer with a love for typography and design. He currently works on improving web fonts and web typography at Adobe Typekit. In his spare time he creates too many open source projects.
Vasilis van Gemert
Vasilis van Gemert is the principal frontend developer at Mirabeau. He's an active member of Fronteers , writes for various magazines, and he's a guest lecturer at the university of applied science in Amsterdam.
Sven Sandberg leads the MySQL Replication Core Team at Oracle. He has worked as a developer at MySQL for the last five years. Sven has a PhD in computer science from Uppsala University.
Martyn Davies is a creative developer based in London, the central coordinator for the Music Hack Day events, and works as a Developer Evangelist at SendGrid.
Peter Robinett is an American web and mobile developer based in Amsterdam. His particular interest is server-side APIs optimized for mobile clients.
Justin is a hacker, master of ceremonies, conference organiser, team leader and an all round charming personality with a life long passion for web development. He currently occupies the role of lead product developer at Bottlenose.

Dr. Werner Vogels is the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Amazon.com, in charge of driving technology innovation within the company.
Bert has been one of the first to become member of the node.js core development team, porting it to Windows.

Jeroen is the CTO of Enrise. He has been doing development with PHP for more then 10 years, specialising in high-performance and high-volume websites.
The Festival schedule
We have 4 great full days planned, consisting of:
- Saturday (1 December): Start of Festival and the Hack Battle
- Sunday (2 December): Hack Battle ends. Official opening party
- Monday (3 December): Conference day. Afterparty!
- Tuesday (4 December): Workshop day. End of the Festival :-(
